Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Timeframe: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. Cancellation Fee: If you fail to provide the required 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of full price of the session will be charged. Rescheduling: Ifyou need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on therapist and coach availability. However, please note that rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee a specific alternative appointment time. Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen delays may occur. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, please note that your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of fairness to other clients. The full session fee will still apply. Emergency Situations: We recognize that emergencies can happen, and we will take those situations into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
