 have had over 20 sessions with Sasha in my home.
I started seeing a personal trainer because of health problems caused by being overweight. I’m very pleased with what Sasha has helped me to achieve. I couldn’t even lift my legs up I was so unfit.
Now I can squat and do sit ups.
It is hard work and but I feel at least I am putting my health first for once. You can’t take it with you.
Sasha has given me a fitness plan and nutrition plan which I try and follow when I have the time.
I don’t think I would achieve results without a coach I just don’t have enough willpower.

I used to be quite active in my 20s. Knee problems and a busy life meant I stopped doing sporty things.
However, with more time on my hands I decided that even though I felt embarrassed, I would try to have a few sessions with a personal trainer to see if there was any way back to enjoying the more active life I had before.
I found Sasha through his website. He is very easy to get on with and set about building up my general fitness so that I could start going for runs and playing squash again.
I enjoyed his sessions which had a good balance to them. He made training fun, using a variety of training techniques to build strength in my knees and ankles.

I have always considered myself fit. I am petite and have never been overweight. I love to take part in moderate distance races up to about 5K. But I found my calves were starting to give me huge problems, making it difficult for me to train for events.
I met Sasha through a gym and had six sessions with him. He made me understand that my running style was causing my calf fatigue. Beginning with walking/running sessions, Sasha retrained my running style to incorporate my hamstrings more which relieved the pressure on my calves.
Sasha also gave me a series of sports massages to relieve my over tight muscles.
I have started to compete again..
